This is also the first hybrid operating room in the world to feature Philips’ innovative FlexMove ceiling mount for the C-arm in combination with the Maquet Magnus operating table system. FlexMove makes it possible to move the angiography system laterally and longitudinally and allows doctors and surgeons to carry out complex hybrid and endovascular procedures without panning the table. What’s more, the system’s intelligent design ensures that the C-arm does not get in the way of anesthesia equipment and OR staff.
