The EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is a legal document, wherein a manufacturer formally declares the compliance of a particular product that falls within the scope of CE marking, with the essential health and safety requirements of the relevant product safety directives.

Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) signifies that the responsible party has determined that the equipment has been shown to comply with the applicable technical standards if no unauthorized change is made in the equipment and if the equipment is properly maintained and operated.

With the drawing up and the signing of these documents, ww5 is taking the full responsibility for the product’s compliance with applicable laws. As indicated in the IFU of each product, a simplified approach has been applied to the DoC and SDoC of the applicable products listed below. These documents are therefore downloadable to the user on this website.
